Description
Got to borrow a tablet for one night only, so sped up a pic for the contest. I know I probably wont do too hot, but I tried anyhoo. XD
Was inspired by Kill La Kill for this, while several students have their "Goku Uniforms" which grant them powers, normally one cant take past 3 starred on the uniform. But this young Russian lass was powerful enough she was capable of wearing a 5 star uniform, and her uniform is the "Union Hammer Regalia", which kinda is the nod to her sovietdom. XD.
