Personality : Shingen is a very self conscious, and very powerful figure. He can be maniplutive, and is very tactful. He rarely underestimates people and if he does, he easily rectifies for his mistake. He is often friendly to people despite his rugged exterior, but deep down inside can be someone completely different.

Danger Level : A seasoned veteran and a well balanced warrior, Shingen is a dangerous figure. From his enthusiasm, to his strategies and charisma, he can amass a group with ease. And with his ablitity to use his army’s strength’s and weaknesses to an advantage proves how well suited he is for leading. Outside of relying on groups, he is a strong warrior who is well talented in several fighting arts and is more than a match for many fighters. Hence, Danger Rank SSS++.

A member of the Ryuujin upper class society, Shingen was born into a prestigious family. Although he hated having vast wealth and such, he was always looked on upon as one who could lead people greatly. When young, his parents took him to a planet not too far from Vegitasei when he looked up into the night sky. That fateful night he saw the energy sphere which ended the lives of many sayajin. He looked on with awe as he stood there, watching the explosion in silence. He didn’t think much of it then, but he didn’t know how it would play a major role in his life as time came on. As he went to school and passed with full honors, he was already known for his smarts. But they didn’t know he was a good warrior also. Behind the college they would have very brutal fights, each Ryuujin showing that they were not the ones to mess with. Shingen often won, although he would lose on some occasions. At 24 he became the head of a division of Ryuujin warriors known as the Shinsei. When marching through a parade, he spotted a young Ryuujin woman by the name of Hikaru. It was almost instantly they had fallen in love. And after 3 courtings, married about 5 months later, and had twins 4 months later. Things were going great for him but when he turned 25, things rapidly went down hill. When a rebellious Ryuujin group tried to take over a region that Shingen, his army and his family were visiting, he had no idea that the battle to come would change his life. He was a great strategist, although he had only 14 of his men with him, he was able to hold off the 450 soldiers who were attacking…until he saw they had taken his family hostage. His 14 men were slaughtered when Shingen called for a cease-fire. They held him still, defeated as they forced him to watch his twin son and daughter, and his wife brutally murdered before his eyes. Loosing hope and wallowing with a sea of hatred, transformed into the rare Black Dragon that very few ryuujin could ever become. Now in the powerful 35’ 10” form… he laid wasted to the village, slaughtering all who were there. Civilian and rebel alike. He awoke a few days later, realizing what happened, had hated himself for it. He had gained the rest of his army as they came to him. The Takeda family name was dishonored, and he didn’t have a home to go back to since his sister wouldn’t allow him to. He traveled recklessly before his unit reached a red sunned planet. There was a black ship with a message in Sayajin language. He read it as the capsule opened to reveal a silver haired baby girl. He allowed the girl to keep her name, but from what he read, knew this girl had limitless potential. Her name was Roxanne. As he trained her over the years, he began visiting many planets he knew of other different types of sayajin like himself would be. Gathering furai, demi-jin, seri-jin, neo sayajins, zen’s and many more, his army grew. They were enslaved by his powerful words, his charisma and his quest. He wanted to prove that no matter what happened, they would have their honor. He began orchestrating a plan, knowing one group would truly get in their way. He planned for Roxanne to infiltrate and learn all she could. Even he and a few of his men would do so also. And when the time came right, divide and conquer. Taking out key players when they’re alone. Then when the time was right, they would rise, and take the battle to the fields. His army dubbed, “The Neo Saya Alliance”, are about 5,500 people strong. All of different power levels and of different skill levels. But they have one thing in common. They have sat in the shadows, growing and waiting. As they have reached a new point, they revel in their new found power. And on one fateful day… a new breed will be unleashed.
